Job summary

Allocator One GmbH, an AI-first asset manager for emerging fund managers, is hiring an Associate to build the engines behind our decision-making. You will work directly with the founders, reporting to a Founding Partner, and operate at the intersection of investor relations, financial analysis and technology.

You will own end-to-end LP relationships, develop market intelligence from our leading deal flow, and shape the LP portal to integrate portfolio data, performance, and insights in one

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to build and defend a financial model.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools, including prompt and context engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus given our London base.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflows that can be automated and build the agents that do it.
• Build and defend the fund return models (MOIC, IRR, DPI, carry, fees).
• Turn deal flow into market intelligence and data-driven insights.
• Shape the LP portal to showcase portfolio, performance, data rooms, and market intelligence.
• Own LP relationships end to end: onboarding, due diligence, follow-ups.
