Zego is leading the AI evolution in insurance, building fast-moving teams that ship real code and dashboards in minutes. You will own high-impact AI projects, from product launches to frameworks that guide investment decisions, collaborating with Finance, Product, Marketing and Operations.

We value hands-on AI fluency, ownership, and the ability to turn complex business realities into clear narratives for leadership and shareholders. This role is London-based with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Own whole problems, scope, plan, buy-in, deliver and hand over or run the initiative. Launch a new product or rebuild a revenue line.
• Make decisions using quantitative and qualitative evidence and defend them before the leadership team.
• Design and build AI systems and workflows to take work off people's plates in content, analysis, operations or reporting.
• Turn complex business reality into a clear narrative for company updates, investor material and the Board.
