Job summary
Sapiens is seeking a seasoned Programme Delivery Executive to lead enterprise-scale customer programmes in insurance and financial services. You will own delivery integrity, governance, milestones, and value delivery within the Delivery Success team, partnering with C-suite and leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
You will steer AI-native delivery, manage complex multi-workstream programmes, and ensure alignment with customer value journeys, including NRR and ARR responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 15–18 years of experience leading complex enterprise software Programmes
- At least 5 years in senior delivery leadership
- Deep insurance domain knowledge preferred (life, pension, P&C)
- Milestone-based delivery governance experience
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
- AI transformation experience with AI-native delivery models
- Programme financial management: budgeting & forecasting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: SAFe, hybrid delivery, and SaaS delivery programmes
- PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery ownership from initiation to closure across all workstreams
- Own time-to-value baseline, track milestones, shorten realization
- Lead AI-led SaaS delivery with standard implementation trajectory
- Own NRR contribution and account growth through delivery insights
- Governance, risk management, and reporting cadences
- Lead steering committees with senior customer leadership
