Job summary

WTW's Willis Neuron product team seeks an accomplished Product Delivery Lead to own the delivery of Risk & Analytics features within Willis Neuron. You will drive a multi-location delivery team including BAs, UX designers, developers and QA, coordinating with business stakeholders and ensuring governance and value delivery.

You will actively use AI tooling to shape requirements, write stories, report progress and accelerate delivery, while aligning with strategic architecture and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering software products in an agile environment in a delivery lead/owner/manager role.
• Hands-on use of AI assistants in professional settings with judgement on value and validation.
• Curious and proactive in keeping pace with AI tooling and delivery impact.
• Experience owning full product lifecycle from idea to hand-over.
• Strong backlog ownership with prioritisation across scope, cost and time.
• Excellent ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery roadmap for R&A features and translate strategy into a sequenced plan.
• Maintain product backlog with clear, outcome-focused user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead multi-location delivery teams across BA, UX, developers and QA.
• Engage with broking, actuarial and technology stakeholders across the lifecycle.
• Define success measures, use data to steer iterations and demonstrate value.
• Run agile day-to-day activities including estimation, sprint and release planning.
• Utilise AI tooling to accelerate shaping, analysis, reporting and communication.
• Champion AI-assisted delivery while adapting governance practices as needed.
• Stay aware of AI trends and apply credible ideas to the roadmap.
• Manage risks and dependencies with clear escalation when needed.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security and architectural guidelines.
