Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Leeds is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations and Business teams. You will drive successful project delivery, enable operational excellence, and support organizational change through AI-enabled solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders to improve processes, manage risks, and deliver data-driven reporting and dashboards that inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, product, or operations projects within a PMO.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional delivery initiatives from inception to deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines and executive reporting.
• Coordinate resources and dependencies across product, engineering, and operations.
• Facilitate governance and communicate risks, issues, and mitigations.
• Support release planning and incident management during high-priority events.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
