Job summary

WTW is seeking an experienced engineer to drive AI-enabled software delivery in Willis Neuron Technology. You will design and productionise AI features using LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks, and lead end-to-end delivery from prototype to production within a hybrid UK-based team.

You will guide on architecture, security, cost and observability, while mentoring others and collaborating with product managers and architects. Strong Azure, React/Angular, and C#/Python skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI and agentic technologies: LLMs, RAG, prompts and agent frameworks.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) in professional delivery.
• Strong software engineering: React/Angular, TypeScript, C#/.NET and Python.
• Azure cloud experience across SDLC and Agile delivery; GitHub/Azure DevOps.
• Proven rapid prototyping from concept to demo in days.
• Leadership, mentoring, and capable stakeholder communication.
• Insurance/Financial services exposure; ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and productionise AI-enabled features using LLMs, RAG and agent frameworks.
• Own evaluation, guardrails, observability, security and cost management for AI solutions.
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly, turning concepts into working software.
• Develop web-based apps and services (C#/.NET, React/Angular, Python) on Azure.
