Rocking Zebra Ltd. is seeking an experienced Meta Lead to own paid social strategy, performance, and team development. You will manage Meta campaigns, drive ROI, and scale high-performing initiatives within a hybrid working model.

The role requires deep Meta Ads Manager proficiency, budget ownership, and the ability to translate data into strategic actions that drive revenue. You will lead a growing digital marketing team and collaborate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in paid social/performance marketing.
• Expertise with Meta Ads Manager and the commercial story behind the numbers.
• Experience managing meaningful campaign budgets.
• Proven track record of improving paid social performance.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall paid social strategy across Meta.
• Own performance against revenue, ROI and CPA targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Digital Marketing Executives.
• Create scalable campaign structures and best-practice frameworks.
• Develop full-funnel strategies across prospecting, consideration, retargeting and conversion.
• Build sophisticated audience strategies using first-party data and lookalikes.
• Work with creative teams to develop performance-led concepts and ad formats.
• Create structured testing programmes across creative, copy, audiences and bidding.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale what works.
• Oversee significant paid media budgets and adjust investment by performance.
• Improve campaign governance, tracking and QA.
