The role focuses on rigour in budget, martech and processes while reimagining how the European marketing function operates with AI-enabled efficiency.

You will drive AI adoption, pilot scalable solutions, map end-to-end processes, and build governance and training for widespread responsible use,

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-driven marketing transformations.
• Proven ability to map processes and redesign workflows.
• Strong martech platform knowledge and data governance.
• Experience in a complex, international organisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption across Corporates Europe marketing organisation.
• Identify, pilot and scale AI solutions for execution-heavy work.
• Map marketing processes end-to-end to remove friction.
• Build change management, training and governance for AI.
• Own Martech Stack Review and optimize tools for AI-enabled work.
• Partner with Corporates US team for global alignment.
