Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Director of Marketing Transformation to lead the practice, shape strategy, and own senior client relationships with C-suite partners. You’ll drive growth, oversee multi-workstream programmes, and ensure value delivery at enterprise scale.

You’ll champion AI-enabled marketing, data-driven decision making, and change management, while building high-performing teams and mentoring Senior Managers, Managers, and Consultants across the practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in marketing transformation or related consulting fields.
• Proven track record of business development and commercial ownership.
• Experience shaping marketing operating models and analytics for enterprise clients.
• Background in management consulting or senior professional services.

Responsibilities

• Set practice direction and growth agenda for Marketing Transformation within EY Studio+.
• Own commercial performance including revenue, margin, and pipelines across client portfolios.
• Build and maintain trusted C-suite relationships with CMOs and senior marketing leaders.
• Lead large, multi-workstream engagements ensuring high-quality delivery and commercial terms.
• Drive origination and proposal development for new opportunities and showcases.
