Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Director, Risk & Compliance Engineering & Assurance to lead the AI/data-product strategy for risk and compliance. You will set technical direction, drive governance, and build a world-class forward-engineering capability, partnering with Data & Analytics and enterprise teams to deliver automated assurance and risk insights at scale.

You will guide teams in AI/ML, data engineering, and platform governance, ensuring enterprise-grade solutions and responsible AI

Qualifications

Extensive leadership of software, data, or AI/ML teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Ability to set direction in ambiguity and translate complex problems into scalable, governed solutions.
Experience shaping operating models, delivery cadence, and tooling in a product context.
Strong AI/ML experience with production-grade, enterprise-grade systems.

Responsibilities

Set and own the risk and compliance AI and data-product strategy and roadmap.
Lead the forward-engineering team and drive capability development.
Establish partnerships with Data & Analytics and shared-service models.
Deliver prioritized data products and automation across risk and compliance.
Own product operating disciplines including management, semantics, and access control.
Measure success by decision-influence and accountability outcomes.
