Job summary

Digital Waffle in London is seeking an Integrations Manager to embed newly acquired businesses into a fast-growing operational platform. This role is hands-on, not purely project‑management, and requires spending substantial time inside acquired companies to understand how they work and fix issues.

You will roll out AI-enabled tooling, stabilise operations in the first 30–90 days, and collaborate with finance, operations, product and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrations, operations, transformation, consultancy or operational delivery roles.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Hands-on operational bias over purely strategic work.
• Ability to build relationships quickly across all levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
• Experience in acquisitive businesses or integration programmes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Embed within newly acquired businesses to understand workflows and inefficiencies.
• Map real-world processes across operations, invoicing, suppliers and customer management.
• Lead stabilisation during the first 30–90 days post-acquisition.
• Roll out new systems, processes and AI-enabled tooling.
• Resolve issues including invoicing gaps, contracts, supplier onboarding and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, product and leadership to improve operations.
• Build trust with teams and support them through periods of change.
