Job summary

Digital Waffle in London is hiring a post M&A Integrations Manager to embed newly acquired businesses into a rapidly growing operational platform. This role is highly operational and hands-on, not a pure project management position, and you’ll spend substantial time inside acquisitions to fix issues and implement new processes.

Qualifications

• Experience within integrations, operations, transformation, consultancy or operational delivery roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on environment experience, not purely strategic or reporting-led roles.
• Ability to build relationships quickly across all levels of a business.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Embed within newly acquired businesses to map real-world operational workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Map processes across operations, invoicing, suppliers and customer management.
• Lead stabilisation during first 30 to 90 days post-acquisition.
• Roll out new systems, processes and AI-enabled tooling.
• Resolve issues including invoicing gaps, missing contracts, supplier onboarding, reporting inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, product and leadership to improve operations.
• Build trust with acquired teams and support change.
• Improve integration playbooks and frameworks based on learning.
