You will modernise channels, harness AI tools, inspire teams, and measure impact to ensure communications support performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading internal communications in large organisations.
• Track record of transforming internal comms and influencing leadership.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear communications for colleagues.
• Experience shaping communication around major transformation programs.
• Skilled in using data and insight to drive communications decisions.
• Comfort with AI, automation and emerging technologies in comms.
