Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across Engineering and Product.
• Experience recruiting in start-up/scale-up environments.

• Numerate, analytical and metric-driven recruiting.
• Proactive talent pipeline development and candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with function leaders to evaluate hiring requirements and shortlist candidates.
• Own full cycle: qualification, proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection and closing.
• Deliver a world-class end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Monitor, maintain and report recruitment metrics.
