Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our London-based EMEA team in a fixed-term capacity. You will act as a strategic talent advisor to help drive the expansion of our GTM and G&A teams across the EMEA region with full autonomy.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies to help hiring leaders build high-performing teams.
• Proactive Pipeline & Passive Candidate Outreach: Build proactive pipeline strategies across GTM and G&A roles in the EMEA region.
• Stakeholder Management & Advising: Manage relationships with GEO VP and cross-functional stakeholders.
• AI-Agent Integration & Process Optimisation: Partner with AI agents to automate tasks and optimise outreach workflows.
• Data Utilisation & Analytics: Use recruitment analytics to inform talent strategies and drive decisions.
• Employer Branding & Market Awareness: Lead branding initiatives to attract GTM talent in the EMEA market.
