Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production software at tech lead level.
• Proven track record building multi-system autonomous agents in production.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-system autonomous agents to move deals faster with higher close rates.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of production systems: deployment, incidents, observability, vendor mgmt.
• Set technical direction for architecture trade-offs and AI governance within the GTM stack.
• Embed in GTM workflows and translate pain into technical requirements validated by users.
