Job summary

Referment is working with an AI-powered B2B marketing technology company whose platform helps commercial teams run account-based campaigns and use engagement data across the buyer journey. This role sits within Marketing and builds the internal AI tooling, agents and automations used by Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

You will identify operational bottlenecks, ship practical systems that remove repetitive work, and connect each build to measurable commercial or productivity outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue operations or GTM engineering.
• Hands-on with LLMs, AI tooling or agent frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, enrichment and intent-data systems.
• APIs, scripting and low-code/no-code automation experience.
• Outcome-led approach tying work to revenue or efficiency metrics.

Responsibilities

• Map time-consuming workflows across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, then prioritise the highest-leverage opportunities.
• Build AI agents, integrations and automations for research, enrichment, content production, reporting and enablement.
• Turn manual go-to-market processes into dependable workflows on top of the existing technology stack.
• Maintain structured, machine-readable commercial context so tools and agents use current positioning, customer profiles and playbooks.
• Measure adoption and results through pipeline per person, content throughput, sales-cycle time or customer-retention contribution.
• Document what you build and develop a roadmap of compounding productivity improvements.
