Sierra is seeking a strategy and operations leader to partner with Agent Dev leadership and drive scalable processes for enterprise deployments. You will establish cadence, track health signals, and shape expansion opportunities with cross-functional teams.

You will translate complex data into actionable, executive-ready insights and build lightweight internal tools using AI coding platforms to boost efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier tech firms.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into executive-ready insights and actions.
• Experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategy and operations partner to Agent Dev leadership and align with the Sales org.
• Stand up operating cadence with visibility into pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, and risks.
• Operationalize best practices for enterprise agent deployment and playbooks.
• Drive account expansion strategies and prioritize repeatable expansion motions.
• Turn insights into actions with executive-ready recommendations.
• Build internal tooling using AI-native tools to create operational leverage.
