Private Equity Insights is seeking a Growth role to join our London team, offering real ownership from week one and a fast learning curve. You will learn copywriting, investor mapping, targeting, and AI-enabled outreach to outperform larger teams.

The role is full-time, in person at our London office (WeWork). Travel is expected for conferences, with ample opportunity for internal promotion and skill development.

Qualifications

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree with strong results.
• You have a UK work permit. No visa sponsorship.
• You demonstrate strong work ethic and a proactive ownership mindset.
• You are eager to learn and build companies with the team.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow an audience of funds and investors for the community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue and outreach.
• Write persuasive copy for emails, pages and posts, with AI support.
• Sprint, test, and implement ideas to move metrics.
• Create repeatable playbooks and AI workflows for efficiency.
• Support teamwork and contribute to value delivery for clients.
