Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a growth or marketing role.
• UK work permit; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Bachelor or Master degree with strong results.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying, targeting, and converting every fund into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue; execute across existing and new channels.
• Write copy that persuades for emails, landing pages and posts, using AI where helpful.
• Sprint, test, implement, and measure the impact of experiments and offers.
• Build scalable AI workflows and repeatable playbooks for future wins.
• Support the team in travel and presence at conferences as needed.
