Job summary

Private Equity Insights is seeking a Growth role candidate to help build the world’s largest network for private equity investors. You will learn fast, own outcomes from week one, and work in a high-velocity team in London (WeWork). The role involves sprint-driven execution, rapid learning, and ownership of marketing and growth initiatives.

You will map the investor market, write persuasive copy, deploy AI-enhanced campaigns, and own revenue-driving channels. Travel ~20 days/year as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong results.
• UK work permit; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Strong work ethic with urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience of private equity investors and map the market.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue.
• Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages and posts; leverage AI.
• Sprint, test, and implement campaigns; optimize offers, copy, prices and pages.
• Create scalable AI workflows and playbooks for repeat wins.
• Travel as needed to conferences and events; contribute to high-impact projects.
