Job summary

Private Equity Insights in London seeks a Growth role to build the world's largest network for private equity investors. You will work in sprints, write copy that persuades investors, map the investor landscape, and deploy AI to outperform large teams.

You will own outcomes from the start with a clear path for growth, supported by coaching and internal promotion. Role is full-time, in-person at our London WeWork, with travel to conferences.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• UK work permit; we do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency.
• Proactive ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Interested in continuous learning and proactively seeking ways to optimise.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying, targeting and converting funds into our community, ensuring messages reach the right investors at the right time.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new activities.
• Write copy that persuades, across emails, landing pages and posts, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Sprint, test, and implement; measure impact of experiments and optimize offers, copy, pricing and pages.
• Build repeatable systems and AI workflows to scale wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win, including representing at registrations and events.
