Job summary

Private Equity Insights Ltd. seeks a Growth role candidate to join an entrepreneurial team with ownership from week one. You will map investors, target high-value funds, and deploy AI to outperform a large team.

The role offers a fast learning curve and unlimited growth potential, including internal promotion and coaching from leaders. The position is full-time and in-person at our London office, with travel for conferences and around 20 days a year.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, or start-up roles.
• Minimum a bachelor or master degree with strong academic results.
• UK work permit; we do not sponsor visas.
• Demonstrated proactive ownership and high urgency.
• Desire to build scalable growth systems and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying and converting funds into our community with targeted messaging.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue; execute activities across channels.
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages and posts, plus leverage AI.
• Sprint, test, and implement experiments to move metrics.
• Build repeatable AI workflows and playbooks for faster wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win, including designing AI workflows or assisting at events.
