Job summary

Private Equity Insights Ltd. is hiring for a Growth role in London. You will own outcomes from day one, learn rapidly, and work within an entrepreneurial team to map the investor market, craft messages, and leverage AI to outperform a larger team.

You will join a fast-paced environment with travel to conferences and substantial ownership of growth initiatives, including audience-building and revenue-driving activities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's or Master degree with good results.
• A UK work permit. We do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic with urgency.
• Ambition to build and scale businesses.
• Interest in continuous learning and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience and convert funds into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue with AI support.
• Write copy that persuades across emails, landing pages, and posts.
• Sprint, test, and implement to move the metrics.
• Build scalable AI workflows and playbooks for repeatable wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win and deliver client value.
