Job summary

Private Equity Insights invites you to join a London-based Growth role in a fast‑moving entrepreneurial team. You’ll own outcomes from week one, learn rapid copywriting, market mapping and AI-driven targeting to outpace a large firm.

You will sprint in a high‑ambition culture, travel to conferences, and grow with internal coaching as you build a world‑class PE investor network.

Role is full‑time, in person at our London WeWork, with travel about 20 days per year.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience
Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results
A UK work permit. We do not sponsor visas.
Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do
Proactive approach and sense of ownership of everything you do
Interested in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimise

Responsibilities

Build the audience. Identify, target, and convert every fund into our community, and ensure each one receives the right message at the right time.
Own marketing channels that drive revenue. Through existing and new marketing channels, you execute activities that drive revenue.
Write copy that persuades. Every email, landing page and post, with AI leverage.
Sprint, test, implement. Measure the impact of all experiments and optimize offers, copy, prices and pages.
Build systems, not one-offs. Create playbooks and AI workflows for repeatable wins.
Do whatever it takes to win. Occasionally design AI workflows or assist at registration desks to deliver value.
