You’ll optimize spend, tests, and creative with a lean, data-driven approach and collaborate with Content, Lifecycle, CRO and analytics to drive sustainable growth. Join a small team, report to the Chief Growth Officer, and help scale our profitable growth engine while

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on performance marketing in DTC or ecommerce.
• Deep Meta and Google expertise across paid channels.
• Experience owning budget allocation across multiple channels.
• Strong creative testing judgement to separate wins from hype.
• Commercial fluency in CAC, payback, LTV and margins.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels.
• Set budgets, pacing, tests and weekly optimization cycles.
• Collaborate with Content, Lifecycle, CRO and analytics teams.
• Build scalable processes for testing new channels and measuring impact.
