Job summary

Dex is rebuilding property investment platforms in London, embedding AI across engineering and product. As a full-stack engineer, you will own features end-to-end, spanning frontend React/Remix with TypeScript and a Golang backend. You will shape problems with product and design, using AI as leverage to scale an AI-native engineering practice.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a full-stack engineer on user-facing products.
Ability to frame business problems and think in trade-offs, not just technical solutions.
Demonstrable experience using AI tools in development workflows, with understanding of prompting and reasoning.
Track record of mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth.
Strong testing habits: unit, integration, and end-to-end automation.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment.
