Job summary

Dex is hiring for a senior engineer to join a small, high-caliber team in Hoxton, London. You will own features end-to-end across Rust services, backend and frontend, shipping high-quality code with the help of cutting-edge AI tools.

You will tackle deep technical problems, optimize performance, and contribute to CI and infrastructure improvements. This role requires working 5 days a week in our Hoxton, London office.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record as a top-tier engineer.
• Experience using AI for coding, with advanced prompting.
• Familiar with models such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Experience owning features end-to-end across Rust, TypeScript and frontend/backend.
