Responsibilities

• Take problems, not tickets, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering to define a path forward.
• Build across the property-investment lifecycle, including AI-powered modeling and integrations for institutional clients.
• Release early and iterate based on usage and impact on users.
• Manage trade-offs and tech debt transparently to balance speed and quality.
• Communicate context and blockers clearly; write things down and share updates regularly.
• Build AI with AI and leverage AI tools to boost output while maintaining focus on core work.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows and pain points.
