Job summary

Dex is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a team of five full-stack engineers. You will own the end-to-end technical architecture for customer-facing web applications, including analytics dashboards, documentation, marketing sites, sign-up flows, and billing interfaces.

You will drive the integration of AI tools and LLMs to dramatically increase velocity while upholding high standards for code quality, testing, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level full-stack JS experience with frontend and backend work.
• Experience leading a small engineering team and guiding technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five full-stack engineers, balancing hands-on leadership with people development.
• Own end-to-end technical architecture for customer-facing web apps: analytics dashboard, docs, marketing site, sign-up and billing flows.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and LLMs to boost team productivity and velocity.
• Set engineering excellence standards across code review, testing, and incident response.
• Collaborate with SDK and real-time infra teams to ensure cohesive developer experience.
