Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with the SVP, Product Management & International Markets. The role blends executive support with AI-enabled productivity, focusing on redesigning work via automation to reduce routine tasks and expand high-value activities.

The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and maintain confidential information with professional judgment, across multiple time zones and cultures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing senior-level executive or leadership-team support.
• Proven examples of applying AI and automation to improve real work outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively across cultures, geographies, time zones, and changing priorities.
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Executive and Leadership Support: Manage a complex global calendar across time zones, priorities, and senior stakeholders; coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, engagements, offsites, and international travel; prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, minutes, and follow-up communications; track decisions and action items; exercise discretion and tact with sensitive information.
