Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced program leader to drive large, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution in Paris. You will manage governance, risks, benefits tracking, and stakeholder alignment while enabling rapid, data-driven decisions using AI-enabled tools.

The role requires strong communication with executives, careful change management, and a track record of delivering complex programs in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project and program management experience.
• Ability to create program strategy, integrated plans, governance, and executive decision structures.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and negotiating priorities.
• Experience managing program risks, dependencies, budgets or investments, and benefits.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience using data and modern project, collaboration, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including oversight and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead major programs spanning multiple areas, define strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts with mitigation plans.
• Partner with sponsors to define value, track benefits and post-launch performance.
• Present concise options and recommendations to executives with context.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, resources, and outcomes, resolving conflicts.
• Support change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Coach project managers and delivery professionals to raise execution quality.
