LexisNexis is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of internal AI solutions to elevate employee workflows. You will partner with domain teams to identify high-value use cases and manage a prioritized roadmap across multiple domains.

The role requires 7+ years in product management within an agile environment, deep AI tool fluency, and strong collaboration with engineering leaders and stakeholders.

• Partner with internal customer teams to understand workflows and jobs to be done, translating them into product opportunities.
• Create and manage a prioritized AI-focused roadmap balancing speed, feasibility, risk, and reusability.
• Define success metrics and reporting for each solution and iterate using data.
• Lead end-to-end delivery in an agile model with engineers and stakeholders.
• Help define AI-first product development across the lifecycle.
• Scale impact by documenting patterns and sharing learnings enterprise-wide.
