Qualifications

• Product management or related product delivery experience.
• Experience owning product features or customer-facing software products.
• Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering AI-powered products including ML or Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and prioritize requirements for AI-powered product capabilities and workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to evaluate, operationalize, and enhance AI/ML solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and align delivery with objectives.
• Participate in discovery activities: customer interviews, prototype validation, experimentation, and solution evaluation.
• Establish and track success metrics to measure adoption, effectiveness, quality, and customer value.
• Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of AI-driven capabilities using feedback and data.
