You will manage risks, dependencies, and benefits, while mentoring delivery teams and guiding change. Strong executive communication and experience with AI-enabled tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project and program management experience, including independent leadership of complex, cross-functional programs or multiple related projects.
• Ability to create program strategy, integrated plans, governance, and executive decision structures in ambiguous environments.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating priorities and resources, resolving cross-functional conflict, and leading without direct authority.
• Strong experience managing program risks, dependencies, budgets or investments, delivery performance, change impacts, and benefits or outcome measures.
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear decisions and actions.
• Experience using data and modern project, collaboration, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve program delivery and decision support.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI practices, including output validation, human oversight, data protection, transparency, and appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Lead major programs spanning multiple business areas, products, regions, or functions; define strategy, objectives, roadmap, operating model, governance, decision rights, and delivery plan.
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts; establish mitigation plans and escalate material decisions with context.
• Partner with sponsors and business owners to define value and success measures; track benefits, adoption, readiness, and post-launch performance.
• Frame options, surface assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend a path forward using business, customer, financial, operational, and delivery data.
• Align senior stakeholders on priorities, scope, sequencing, resources, and outcomes; influence decisions without direct authority.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented communication for executives, delivery teams, and partners on program health, changes, risks, and actions.
• Lead the people side of change; mentor project managers and delivery professionals; promote adoption of new tools and practices.
• Use approved AI and automation tools to improve planning, research, knowledge synthesis, risk identification, and reporting.
