Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in London (Lexis House) seeks a Senior Product Manager II to own discovery, prioritize a high-impact AI-first roadmap, and lead end-to-end delivery with engineering and business stakeholders.

You will partner with internal teams to turn workflows into measurable outcomes, define success metrics, and scale AI-enabled tools across the enterprise while preserving speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering software in an agile environment.
• Experience defining crisp problems and turning ambiguity into roadmaps and shipped outcomes.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and modern AI product concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and jobs to be done, then translate them into clear product opportunities.
• Create and manage a prioritized roadmap of high-impact use cases across domains.
• Define success metrics and reporting for each solution and iterate quickly based on data.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery in an agile model with engineers and stakeholders.
• Scale AI-first product development by applying modern tools and workflows across the lifecycle.
