AXA UK is seeking a dynamic Design and Facilitation Senior Learning Lead to shape innovative learning and development strategies across AXA UK. This strategic role focuses on AI-driven learning solutions and capability building across diverse levels and needs.

You will lead a team of digital learning design and facilitation specialists, partner with senior stakeholders, deliver measurable ROI, and drive learning initiatives that boost business performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in organisational and people development and adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate innovative, engaging learning programmes at scale, including AI-led solutions.
• Expert knowledge of L&D leading practices and AI to ensure innovative and relevant learning design.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Excellent project management with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of trends, tools and technologies in digital learning and development.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, global organisation is preferable.
• Demonstrated leadership with high-performing teams.
• CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the UK Learning Centre of Excellence to ensure learning strategies meet business needs.
• Provide expert learning and development consultancy across AXA UK to support strategic outcomes.
• Lead the design and facilitation of the AXA UK Learning curriculum, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate to define the AI capability strategy and deliver AI learning across varied business areas.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning through blended, self-led resources integrated into daily workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and learning teams for relevance and buy-in.
• Oversee end-to-end process of learning programme development from discovery to deployment and iteration.
• Provide inspirational leadership and development to a team of digital learning design and facilitation specialists.
• Measure and report on the impact of learning initiatives on business performance and ROI.
