Qualifications

• Experience leading technology, product, or operational projects in a PMO environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project dependencies.
• Experience supporting release management, deployment planning, and delivery governance.
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects across the product development lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate resources, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and other functions.
• Facilitate delivery governance and ensure effective communication of project status, risks, issues, and mitigations.
• Support release planning and coordination activities to ensure successful deployments and operational readiness.
• Assist with incident management processes and coordinate cross-functional teams during high-priority events.
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and continuous improvement activities.
• Lead process optimization initiatives that improve delivery effectiveness and organizational agility.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive organizational change initiatives and tool adoption.
• Collaborate to identify AI-enabled solutions, automation opportunities, and productivity improvements.
• Monitor delivery metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance requirements.
• Foster accountability and collaboration across teams.
