LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Leeds, United Kingdom, is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams. Qualifications

Experience leading technology, product, or operational projects in a PMO environment.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project dependencies.
Experience supporting release management, deployment planning, and delivery governance activities.
Experience participating in incident management, issue resolution, or operational support processes.
Experience driving process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Experience supporting organizational change, transformation initiatives, or adoption of new technologies and processes.
Experience helping teams adopt new technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, operating models, or process changes as part of organizational transformation initiatives.
Experience developing and presenting data-driven reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent projects across the product development lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting.
Coordinate resources, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and other business functions.
Facilitate delivery governance and ensure effective communication of project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Support release planning and coordination activities to ensure successful deployments and operational readiness.
Assist with incident management processes, coordinating cross-functional teams during high-priority operational events and helping drive timely resolution.
Facilitate post-incident reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
Lead process optimization initiatives that improve delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, and organizational agility.
Partner with stakeholders to drive organizational change initiatives and support the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Collaborate with teams to identify and implement AI-enabled solutions, automation opportunities, and productivity improvements.
Monitor delivery and operational metrics, develop and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboards, and provide actionable insights, analysis, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Analyze project, release, incident, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities for improvement, and resource requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, security, and governance requirements.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
