Job summary

LexisNexis Intellectual Property is seeking a Scrum Master to enable high‑performing, autonomous product engineering teams embedded within the Engineering organization, guiding agile practice and team health. You will coach ceremonies, foster collaboration and psychological safety, align squads with product goals, and ensure predictable delivery with clear goals, planning and risk signals.

Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tooling, data‑driven improvements, and a track record of removing

Qualifications

• Hands-on Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for software teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Own delivery governance and predictability; set clear goals and realistic planning.
• Maintain backlogs, boards, and delivery metrics; track signals on scope, risks, and progress.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, TPMs, and Product Operations.
• Provide clear status, risk, and dependency signals to stakeholders.
