• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Process orders accurately within the ERP system and manage payments.
• Track deliveries and coordinate with warehouse and courier partners.
• Resolve queries, complaints, damages and returns efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the order process.
• Embrace AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow and customer experience.
