You will join CTUK, part of Workplace Interiors, embracing AI-enabled tools to improve service, with 3-5+ years in customer-facing roles and a keen eye for detail and teamwork.

This role offers £27,500-£30,000 per year and an environment that supports learning and growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and confident phone manner.
• Enjoys learning, adapts to change and takes initiative.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with different systems.
• Resourceful and willing to handle varied tasks.
• Enthusiastic about AI and new technology.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Team player who cares about customers.
• No prior knowledge of construction required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails with clear, friendly support.
• Process orders accurately in the ERP, take payments and track deliveries.
• Handle queries, complaints, damages and returns with a proactive approach.
• Coordinate with couriers, warehouse and suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Keep customers informed and proactively follow up.
• Adopt AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and service.
• Identify ways to simplify and speed up processes.
• Help across the department as needed.
• Assist with small quote changes or price adjustments when required.
