Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with an established e-commerce business supplying a wide range of workplace, warehouse, industrial and commercial products to businesses across the UK. The role focuses on improving website performance, product content and customer conversion.

You will use AI and competitor research to review pages, run tests and drive improvements that boost online sales while working with SEO and marketing teams on product updates, reporting and day-to-day

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' commercial experience in retail or e-commerce.
• Experience in an e-commerce/product marketing role.
• Strong understanding of SEO and CRO and how these impact website performance.
• Experience using a CMS or e-commerce platform.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset focused on conversion and sales.

Responsibilities

• Review website pages and competitor sites to identify conversion opportunities.
• Use AI tools to analyse pages, competitor activity and potential improvements.
• Test and optimise website content to improve customer experience and sales.
• Collaborate with SEO to ensure CRO changes support SEO performance.
• Create and maintain product pages across the website.
• Update product images, descriptions, pricing, categories and other information.
• Analyse sales, traffic and conversion data to identify opportunities.
• Track marketing activity and report performance to the Digital Merchandising Manager.
• Support AI functionality development across the website.
• Assist with graphics, product highlights, banners and social content.
• Support seasonal website changes and product launches.
• Work with suppliers to gather product information, imagery and updates.
• Provide sales support through product updates and pricing information.
• Maintain spreadsheets, CMS entries and other day-to-day ecommerce admin.
• Help develop physical product assets including photography, packaging, manuals and branding.
