Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to improve credit decisioning.
• Analyze performance drivers and identify improvements.
• Apply AI to enhance monitoring and automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on design changes.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to optimize customer experience.
• Build scalable data frameworks with robust data governance.
