Job summary

Raylo seeks a strategic analytics professional to shape credit and fraud decisioning, using AI tools to accelerate insight-to-action. You will lead projects, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing, and design data frameworks to support scalable, explainable decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in strategy or analytics, strong SQL, Python, and experience with modern analytics stacks. This role offers a hybrid model and opportunities to impact growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, analytics or product/data roles in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools to accelerate insight → decision → implementation cycle.
• Strong SQL knowledge; Python experience is a strong plus and essential in AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with modern analytics stacks (data warehouses, dashboards, monitoring systems).
• Direct communication style that enables quick, effective decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to drive growth through better credit decisioning.
• Investigate key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use AI to boost analytical capabilities and drive innovation in monitoring, automation, and decision making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical design of rule changes and data sources.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to develop seamless positive experiences and reduce friction when a decline decision is best.
• Design scalable data frameworks and tracking systems to support smarter decisions with strong data quality controls.
• Balance flexibility and scalability across multiple sources.
