Raylo is seeking a mid-level Analytics/Data professional to join our Credit and Fraud Strategy team in London. You’ll own analytics-driven decisioning for existing customers seeking more, using traditional and AI-enhanced approaches to identify growth and new data needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data-focused collections and recovery strategy roles.
• 2:1 or higher from a top university, preferably in a STEM or quantitative discipline.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; able to translate data into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytics initiatives to optimise collections and recovery strategies.
• Identify drivers of performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Use AI-enabled analytics to enhance monitoring, automation, and decision making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on data-source integration and rule changes.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to shape customer experiences while reducing friction when decline is optimal.
