Job summary

Raylo is transforming how tech is bought, used and reused through a subscription model, backed by a growing platform and AI‑powered decisioning. We seek a mid‑level analytics leader to enhance our Credit and Fraud Strategy with data‑driven decisions and scalable data frameworks.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and Growth teams in a hybrid London environment. You will lead strategic projects, leverage SQL and Python to extract insights, and own the end‑to‑end decisioning process for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data‑focused collections and recovery strategy roles
• A 2:1 or higher from a top university, preferably in a STEM or quantitative discipline
• Using SQL and Python to get into the details of our collections and recovery strategies, leveraging datasets to deliver actionable insight
• The ability to think strategically while delivering as part of a larger team
• Strong stakeholder management skills and data‑driven decision making
• Taking responsibility and ownership for the work in the entire area

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to optimise approval rates for customers
• Investigate key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Use AI to boost analytical capabilities and drive innovation in monitoring, automation, and internal decision making
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical design of rule changes and implementation of new data sources
• Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to develop seamless positive experiences and reduce friction where a decline decision is the best outcome
• Design scalable data frameworks and tracking systems to support smarter decisions, ensuring strong controls and explainable decisions
• Balance flexibility and scalability while maintaining high data quality across multiple sources
