Banijay Entertainment seeks an AI Creative Technologist to shape the future of entertainment by turning generative AI into practical tools, products and workflows. You’ll blend creative instinct with technical depth to build, test and launch solutions that boost teams’ creative potential.

You’ll connect AI capabilities with production workflows, prototype rapidly and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable value across the Banijay Entertainment group.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in R&D or creative technology with product responsibility.
• Experience leading product discovery via user interviews or similar.
• KPIs/OKRs experience with roadmaps and outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on AI prototyping with prompts, agents and workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents and creative AI apps.

Responsibilities

• Turn emerging AI into creative tools and workflows for the group.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear product briefs and roadmaps.
• Develop prototypes and production workflows with AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists and partners to launch solutions.
• Evaluate pilots, gather feedback and improve experiences.
• Document handovers and enable teams to adopt solutions.
