Job summary

MrQ is seeking a senior design leader to own the design language day to day and mentor the wider team. You will fix scale issues by establishing disciplined workflows, maintaining the design system, and pushing high-quality craft across campaigns, social, CRM and activations.

You will represent the design point of view in meetings, lead from expertise, and help shape a recognisable, on-brand experience across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hands-on design roles with a portfolio showing real craft.
• Experience building or running a design system.
• Proven mentorship and leadership in design teams.
• Ability to lead without the title and mentor the wider team.
• Genuine interest in casino, gaming or entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute design across the brand and campaigns.
• Own and steer the MrQ design language: type, layout, colour and codes.
• Take high-stakes briefs and set the benchmark for others.
• Stay hands-on; this is a maker role and not only reviews.
