Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking an experienced Creative Operations & Resource Planning Manager in London to lead resource planning, workflow management and operational excellence across our in-house creative team.

You will oversee capacity planning, project prioritisation and traffic management to ensure alignment with brand priorities and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring workloads, identifying capacity gaps and partnering with stakeholders to balance demand with team capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management and creative operations within an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Proven ability to manage capacity and workflow planning across multiple projects and teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project/workflow platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource allocation and capacity planning across design, content, video and digital projects.
• Own work intake, prioritisation and project assignment processes.
• Monitor workloads, identify resource gaps and resolve delivery risks.
• Partner with stakeholders to align business demand with team capacity.
• Track and report on key operational metrics, including utilisation and SLAs.
• Measure AI-driven efficiencies within creative workflows and report findings.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and scalability.
• Collaborate with project management to maintain visibility of status and workloads.
